Is there a minimum order for t-shirts?
There is no minimum order; however, there is a premium per shirt less than 1 dozen. Our system allows us to print names and numbers on t-shirts and jerseys with a no minimum order. Need one shirt for that special occasion? No problem! Need it tonight? No problem!
SINGLE T-SHIRTS. We also specialize in single t-shirt orders. Example of single tees include one liners such as "I LOVE MY WIFE," "HAPPY BIRTHDAY SANDRA," "Photo T-Shirts" etc. Most times, these shirts can be produced while you wait or you may send an email to info@joatscreenprinting.com and your shirt can be ready when you get here, if the color, stock and size are available.
How many colors can you print?
We offer up to 6 color printing. There is a set-up of $25.00 per screen/color. The print size is up to 12x15 per color in your design.
What color shirts do you have?
We have several different vendors with over 75 colors to choose from. You can view some of the colors in the T-shirt colors on this website, If you have a specific color in mind, please email info@joatscreenprinting.com or call (512) 836-1300.
How do I place an order?
We need to know the quantity, color of shirt, color(s) in the design, and if the shirt will print front or back or both. You can email info@joatscreenprinting.com or call (512) 836-1300.
How long does the order process take?
Once the 50% deposit is received, orders generally take 3-5 business days. On one-liner (single t-shirts) and some jersey numbering, the process can be completed the same day if the order is received before Noon CST.
Can you design the shirt for me?
Yes. Our team of designers can create a design to suite your unique needs. The fee for design is $30-$50/hr (1-hour minimum) depending on the complexity of the design. You may email info@joatscreenprinting.com or call (512) 836-1300 for an estimate.
Can I send you artwork?
You may hand deliver it to our shop (please call before coming to assure we are here) or you may email your art to us for evaluation. We understand that your art is valuable to you so we assure you that what we receive from you will not be copied or used in any other manner than what you request.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept jpeg, ai, eps,pdf, bitmap, tiff and psd NO MICROSOFT OFFICE PROGRAMS (Word, Publisher, Power Point etc..) . The files should be 300 DPI or greater. If your art contains muliple colors, please have them seperated into layers via Illustrator or Photoshop. Please specificy the colors that are included in your artwork. If using Illustrator, please convert your fonts to outlines so all your art will be imported without compromise. A $30 art fee may be charged for client-supplied files that are NOT print-ready. Email info@joatscreenprinting.com if you need assistance. Note: This charge may not apply to all art; please contact us to confirm if there is a fee for your order.
What are the payment terms?
There's a 50% deposit on all orders over $200 and orders less than $200 are to be paid in advance. We accept all major credit cards. You may come by the shop to pay, make your deposit over the phone or pay online. (We do NOT keep credit card information file). All payments are securely transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
